Ordering and payment

We accept credit card, convenience store payment, PayPay, and bank transfer (via KOMOJU). Credit card and PayPay payments are charged when you place your order. Convenience store and bank transfer payments are due by the stated deadline after ordering.

Shipping

Shipping is a flat ¥400 (tax incl.) nationwide. Orders of ¥5,000 (tax incl.) or more ship free. We ship within Japan only.

In-stock items ship after payment is confirmed and ships within 3 business days.

Clothes are folded compactly for shipping, so light creases may remain. Thank you for understanding.

We cannot compensate for damage or loss in transit.

Pre-order items

Pre-order items ship in arrival order, using the window shown on each product page as a guide.

When an order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items ship first.

Product quality

Our clothes are imported (mainly from Korea). Compared with Japanese-made goods, you may find looser stitching, chalk marks or small stains, crooked tags, and size differences of about 1-3 cm.

These are considered acceptable under overseas quality standards, and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for them. Every item is inspected before shipping.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective items. If a defective item arrives, please message us on Instagram.
