2. Price and payment

PriceTax-inclusive prices are shown on each product page.
Charges besides the priceShipping: ¥400 per parcel nationwide, including tax. Shipping is free for a parcel when its merchandise subtotal before discount codes is ¥5,000 or more, including tax. Combined shipments use the combined subtotal; separate parcels are assessed individually.
Payment methodscredit card. The methods available depend on the order, such as its amount, and are shown at checkout.
Payment timingCredit card payments are charged when you place your order.

3. Delivery and returns

Delivery timeIn-stock items ships in 2 to 4 business days after payment is confirmed. All pre-order items ship together in one parcel once every item is ready. When an order also contains in-stock items, choose at checkout whether to send them first or together with the pre-orders. A shipping window on a product page takes precedence.
Pre-order items
  • 予約商品のお届けは、予約受付終了後から約2〜6週間が目安です。メーカーの生産状況や国際配送の影響により前後する場合があります。
  • 予約商品は、ご注文確定後のキャンセルはお受けできません。
  • メーカー欠品などで商品をご用意できない場合は、ご連絡のうえ返金いたします。
  • 予約商品(プレオーダー)は、ご注文受付期間内にいただいたご注文を受付終了後にメーカーへ一括発注し、当店到着後に検品・梱包のうえ発送いたします。
Returns and exchanges
  • サイズ・カラー・イメージの違いなど、お客様都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。
  • 不良品、配送中の破損、商品不足、誤配送があった場合は、商品到着後7日以内にお問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。到着時に判別が難しい不具合は、判明後速やかにご相談ください。
  • 確認方法と返送先をご案内しますので、事前のご連絡なく商品を返送しないでください。
  • 不良品、配送中の破損、商品不足、誤配送として対応する場合の返送料と交換品の送料は、原因を問わず当ショップが負担します。
  • 在庫がある場合は交換し、交換できない場合は元のお支払い方法へ返金します。
  • 返送品の到着と確認後、5営業日以内に返金処理を行います。実際の反映時期はカード会社や決済サービスにより異なります。
  • 使用済み、洗濯済み、タグを外した商品、お客様のもとで汚損・破損した商品は対応できません。ただし、実際の不良品や誤配送への対応を妨げるものではありません。
  • 配送中の破損や紛失が疑われる場合は、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。当ショップから配送会社へ確認します。
  • 商品ページでご案内している縫製やサイズの個体差は、商品の特性として返品・交換の対象外です。
  • お洋服はコンパクトに折り畳んだ状態で梱包してお届けします。畳みジワが残る場合がありますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
  • 当ショップのお洋服は海外(主に韓国)からの輸入品です。日本の製品に比べて、縫製の甘い箇所、生地の色ムラ、海外特有のにおい、チャコ跡や小さな汚れ、タグの歪みや外付け、サイズの誤差(1〜3cm程度)が見られる場合があります。
