??Care Instructions To preserve the texture and shape of this knit item for as long as possible, we recommend dry cleaning.
If washing at home, gently hand-wash in cold or lukewarm water using a neutral detergent designed for wool. Avoid soaking for long periods, as well as vigorous rubbing or wringing.
After washing, gently press out excess water with a towel, reshape the garment, and lay it flat to dry in the shade.
*Please avoid using a washing machine or dryer, as this may cause shrinkage or distortion.
When wearing or storing the item, please be careful not to snag the fabric on sharp objects.
Please inspect the condition of the item upon arrival before washing.
Damage caused by improper washing methods is not eligible for exchange or return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preferences, including size, color, or differences from the expected appearance.
If an item is defective, damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect, contact us through the inquiry form within seven calendar days after delivery. If a problem could not reasonably be identified on delivery, contact us promptly after discovering it.
Please do not return an item before we provide inspection and return instructions.
For accepted claims involving a defect, transit damage, a missing item, or incorrect delivery, Baby coo pays return and replacement shipping regardless of cause.
We replace the item when stock is available. If replacement is unavailable, we refund the original payment method.
We process the refund within five business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Posting time varies by card issuer or payment provider.
We cannot accept items that have been used, washed, had tags removed, or were damaged by the customer. This does not limit remedies for an actual defect or incorrect delivery.
