??Care Instructions ・Hand washing is recommended. ・To preserve the star print, be sure to turn the garment inside out before washing. ・We recommend washing in lukewarm water or cold water at 30°C or below. ・Wash dark-colored items separately. ・To prevent stretching or loss of shape, lay the garment flat and let it air dry. ・Since the snap buttons are attached by hand, there may be slight variations in their placement. ・When opening or closing the snaps, do not pull on the fabric; instead, gently hold the button itself to open or close them. ・Please inspect the item upon arrival before washing. ・Damage caused by improper washing methods is not eligible for exchange or return.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preferences, including size, color, or differences from the expected appearance.
If an item is defective, damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect, contact us through the inquiry form within seven calendar days after delivery. If a problem could not reasonably be identified on delivery, contact us promptly after discovering it.
Please do not return an item before we provide inspection and return instructions.
For accepted claims involving a defect, transit damage, a missing item, or incorrect delivery, Baby coo pays return and replacement shipping regardless of cause.
We replace the item when stock is available. If replacement is unavailable, we refund the original payment method.
We process the refund within five business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Posting time varies by card issuer or payment provider.
We cannot accept items that have been used, washed, had tags removed, or were damaged by the customer. This does not limit remedies for an actual defect or incorrect delivery.

Clothes are folded compactly for shipping, so light creases may remain. Thank you for understanding.
Our clothes are imported (mainly from Korea). Compared with Japanese-made goods, you may find looser stitching, uneven dyeing, a faint import smell, chalk marks or small stains, crooked or externally attached tags, and size differences of about 1-3 cm.
