The label that touches the skin is made of soft knit fabric, ensuring a gentle, non-irritating feel.

?? Other Information ・Since every step of the manufacturing process is done by hand, the stitching on the piping may not be uniform. This is a characteristic of the product and does not constitute a defect. ・Please wash dark colors separately. ・This bib is finished by turning the fabric inside out after the initial inner stitching and then sewing it again. Due to this manufacturing process, there are some areas that cannot be sewn because the fabric is turned inside out. These areas have been carefully treated to prevent fraying even with repeated use and do not constitute a product defect.
Delivery and returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer preferences, including size, color, or differences from the expected appearance.
If an item is defective, damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect, contact us through the inquiry form within seven calendar days after delivery. If a problem could not reasonably be identified on delivery, contact us promptly after discovering it.
Please do not return an item before we provide inspection and return instructions.
For accepted claims involving a defect, transit damage, a missing item, or incorrect delivery, Baby coo pays return and replacement shipping regardless of cause.
We replace the item when stock is available. If replacement is unavailable, we refund the original payment method.
We process the refund within five business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Posting time varies by card issuer or payment provider.
We cannot accept items that have been used, washed, had tags removed, or were damaged by the customer. This does not limit remedies for an actual defect or incorrect delivery.
If damage or loss in transit is suspected, contact us through the inquiry form. We will coordinate with the carrier.
Stitching and size variations disclosed on the product page are product characteristics and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Clothes are folded compactly for shipping, so light creases may remain. Thank you for understanding.
Our clothes are imported (mainly from Korea). Compared with Japanese-made goods, you may find looser stitching, uneven dyeing, a faint import smell, chalk marks or small stains, crooked or externally attached tags, and size differences of about 1-3 cm.
